Greetings, while this isn't my first post on this forum, it is my first post since I purchased a "new to me" 2004 Concourse (drove it 700 miles home this past Friday).
I'm going through finding what doesn't work, and even after it spent time at an RV repair shop (at the sellers expense) where they spent a lot of time on the Generator (was supposed to be working before it was put in the shop), and it was supposed to have been inspected, I'm still finding things I would like to address before I take my wife out for our first night in the RV.
I noticed that the fan blade in the bathroom is completely destroyed (barely more than a hub). I stopped by Camping World yesterday morning (they haven't been open in 3 weeks due to Corvid-19, and I was the first customer in the door, and I immediately became overwhelmed (reminds me when I made my first visit to CompuUSA computer store after purchasing my 1st computer 30 years ago) with all the stuff.
I got out out of there after spending only $80, and never found what I was looking.
The fan has a sticker that is recognized from the roof that identifies the manufacture as ELIXIR INDUSTRIES Elkhart, IN 46516.
I also see a Serial Number 475521.
I attempted to consult, and purchase a replacement blade from both organization rvpartsnation, and AdventureRV.
What I don't recognize, and what these suppliers are requesting (to see if it is a 'C' or 'D' hub on the fan blade) is the model number.
I did a search on the forum, and found references to an ELIXIR exhaust fan for the range (I haven't even tried to turn that on yet), and I believe it utilized a 'D', but not certain that is the same fan utilized in the bathroom (maybe I should go ahead and order 2 fan blades and be prepared for the one on the range).
I also found a very interesting thread on replacing the lights in this fan with LEDs (right now I just want to get everything working, so we can use it).
Any assistance you can provide on the model number for this unit is greatly appreciated.
thank you,
-Michael

Posted this on Facebook, maybe you didn't see it, regarding your clost latch and replacement fan parts:
Here is a source for the closet door latch: https://www.go2marine.com/Sea-Dog-Push-Button-Rim-Latch...
Here is a replacement fan without the lights you could buy for parts: https://www.amazon.com/Hengs-Butyl-Whit ... B00VGQ0HV4...
or you can get an upgraded fan that fits in the same housing: https://www.amazon.com/.../ref=ppx_yo_d ... _title_o09... and
here is a nice LED light opton if you replace the fan and need lights: https://www.amazon.com/.../ref=ppx_yo_d ... _title_o08...
The replacement fan without the light is only $28, but you can use the parts to repair you disintegrated fan without going through an installation. The upgraded fan choices are better in the long term and still do not require you to remove the hatch and cover.

Re: Model # for ELIXIR Bathroom fan (need to replace blade)
Michael--I had same issue with my fan blade, and decided to do a "quick and dirty" upgrade--replaced just the fan blade (Heng's JRP 1002R Jensen Fan Blade counter clockwise rotation) from Amazon. Then for lighting, I used two portable led rechargeable work lights with magnetic base that I mounted on either side of the medicine cabinet...like bathroom vanity lights (pic of lights attached). I have a third light like this that I have mounted magnetically to the hood vent of the stove--oh so much better than that crappy original...and none of this draws from house batteries!
Clay's suggested solution is probably more elegant, but this set up works just fine for me. Got the lights at Home Depot.
