Suburban Propane Heater help

2000 Concourse heater trips breaker as soon as thermostat set for furnace to come on.

Found the unit but can't figure out how to look inside.

Suspect wasps have made nests in fan area.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well we got to the heater and found this...

Got it cleaned out and put back together but motor still struggling.

Will probably have to replace the motor.

Assuming the exterior vents need to have a screen was thinking of using metal mesh like for a screen door unless someone has a better suggestion?
