Chinook RV

I know Iv'e had people say for goodness sake please DON'T install LED headlights. I understand, this coming from a guy that at night oncoming headlights of any kind blind me but....I NEED to upgrade to something better so I can see at night. Please advise on what to purchase and why. And Happy New Year to everyone!!

I had great success with an LED Upgrade on my 2003 Ford chassis.
Headlight & side markers - came in a kit with everything. DIY install (as a novice) took me about 3 hours.
Makes the rig look a lot more modern day.

I don't remember anyone said don't get LED, but rather, don't get those that are above the legal brightness level, and aim too high at passing vehicles.

What do you recommend Chin? Do you have them? Happy New Year by the way!

No, I am looking around too, just like you. There is someone on the facebook group that have something that seems to give a pretty good view, but I don't know if they are "street legal" at this point. If I do go ahead with that LED setup, I will make some comment on it after I tested it out. Maybe you want to be the guinea pig?

Ditto this recommendation, I have them on my 2001, work great, much better than stock, I got the Basic Plug and Play HID retrofit kit, sku 10133 - and the 4mm nut driver:)

I got, and installed, these. Like night and day! Ok, that was bad.

I had LED headlights installed on our 2004 Glacier, Ford E-450. I love them and have no complaints from approaching vehicles. Will do the clearance lights in the fullness of time.
