Are you asking about a hinge the door swings on or the support that holds it open?

(I don't have details about either one, but I read your question differently than 68camaro and wanted to clarify)

Do a search for "full overlay cabinet hinge", and there are numerous examples that are like my Concourse hinges, and they have them in stock at places like Home Depot. Since there are so many variations, I would remove one and take it into the hardware store and look for one with matching dimensions (hole positions). The selection at Home Depot is pretty limited, but you may have better luck in woodworking store, or online.
