I need to replace a hinge used in the the overhead cabinet door. (opens out and up)
dose anyone know the part number/name and or where I might find one?

Are you asking about a hinge the door swings on or the support that holds it open?

Do a search for "full overlay cabinet hinge", and there are numerous examples that are like my Concourse hinges, and they have them in stock at places like Home Depot. Since there are so many variations, I would remove one and take it into the hardware store and look for one with matching dimensions (hole positions). The selection at Home Depot is pretty limited, but you may have better luck in woodworking store, or online.
