Leaking kitchen faucet

Post by Fjb »

First time use since last fall and our kitchen faucet started leaking in our 2001 Chinook Concourse. Took faucet apart and discovered a crack where it was screwed on and also that there was a filter cartridge inside the handle. Had not known there was a filter Inside. Also discovered a new filter in the cupboard! Decided might as well put the new filter in and see what happens. To our surprise the faucet does not leak anymore! Nice!

Nice. You can still find new old stick filters on ebay occasionally. I picked up a couple two years or so ago.
