Just bored so i snapped a few pics of the Chinooks current condition. I would list what all i have done to it but it would take me a week to do so.

Just picked up a brand spanking new TriMark RV Entrance Door Handle Hardware Kit w/Deadbolt #30-0900 for $100 on ebay. I been watching for one forever and they are always $300 used.

Yes i finally got the suspension issues resolved. I still have to install a short LED bar on the back for a porch light I took the running boards off, i dont think they look right with the lift, i am watching for a set of steps instead. I installed mudflaps on front to keep it from throwing mud and rocks back against the shell. I ordered 4 of these covers for the top lights to help get rid of some of the white...

Looks great, can I ask what front bumper you are running? I like the hood bra, whose is that also?

The bumper is made by a company called TrailReady. I cant recall who makes the Bra, i looked and looked for a T-bra versus what i ended up getting but i couldnt find anyone that makes one anymore. I will check to see if the tag is still on the bra and let you know but i may have torn it off so it didnt stick out between the fender and hood. I stuffed a 17,500 LB winch behind the bumper, but the bumper is only rated for 16,500 LB's... heres a pic of the bra im looking for if anyone runs across anyone selling....

After battling the suspension for what seemed a lifetime i can finally say i am pleased with the final results (trust me thats saying alot because when it comes to mechanical issues it has to be perfect). Now the only large purchase i have left to make is new air suspension seats. I yanked all the old dirty carpet and installed a new vinyl floor matt in the driver compartment, and all new rigid vinyl plank flooring in the living quarters. I need to build a cabinet to put over the furnace and redo the cabinet that the stove is on so i can cover the wheel well on that side and reinstall the factory vaccuum cleaner because i tore out the dinette stuff to make more floor space for the dogs. I also want a flat cooktop versus this messy looking atwood grease magnet. Oh i also have a special console being built to replace the fugly OEM thing on the dog house but i will make another post when it gets here next month.

Thanks, I am currently deciding between Trailready's pre-runner style and Aluminess, cost about the same but Trailready looks alot heavier, any particular reason you chose Trailready?

Because most of the other bumpers dont look right to me on the E-350 including Aluminess. Trailready allowed me to select which lights i wanted and then built the bumper accordingly. Having actual fog lights in the bumper was an absolute must for me as well as the strength to mount a winch with a large capacity. Beyond that it looks nice on the ford vans. Oh and they were having a special when i bought it 'free shipping" which made the decision for me, but then after the bumper was built and they found out it was going to cost $300 to ship it to me in Nebraska they tried to renig on the free shipping, course i said not a chance, so they then tried to get me to pay half the shipping and i said i am not paying one stinking dime for shipping, you advertised free shipping and that why i purchased from you versus someone else.... even without shipping the cost of the bumper is astronomical when you add two sets of lights at $260 bucks a pair and any other options you want. I ordered mine via the bumper superstore, but before it was over i was dealing with trailready directly because bumper superstore #1 tried screwing me on free shipping #2 doesnt know the products they are advertising and selling. I would not recommend bumpersuperstore for your purchase, deal direct with the manufacturer.

That's good to know, sorry for your hassle though. I am looking at bumpersuperstore as they have these on sale right now, plus free shipping. I will look out for them doing same thing.

I agree on the way Aluminess looks on an e-350, they look "off" compared to the Trailready which flows with vans front end much better.
