Yeah, I think he's done with his shop. But I figured he might have someone else selling the stems (?) since the website is still up. If not, the Borg ones look fine too. I have a set (in the package) and although I haven't dissected them or anything, they look similar to the Tireman ones (except chromed).

Edited to add: I did a quick Google search and as recently as this spring, someone on the Sprinter forum spoke with him on the phone about the stems, so he may be selling them but just not running the actual tire shop (?) (which was in Ridgecrest, California). Someone in the thread claimed that Borg used his design to make theirs, so that would explain why they are similar -- if it's true.

If anyone finds out for sure, do let us know.

Looks like Chuck and Sue are out of business at Tire Man in Ridgecrest. Their web site is still up, but the email doesn't work, the phones don't work, and it appears the business is now called the Automotive Physician. I'm not sure he does tires or valves.

Thanks, Blue. I just saw your note. I have a call in to Borg and hope they can help.

Update edit: I just got a call back from the new occupant of the Tire Man shop. Chuck died about six months ago. The caller said she thinks Chuck sold the patent to his valve stems to someone else. Maybe that was Borg.

Sorry to hear that he died.

I doubt he sold the patent to Borg because Borg has been making them for some number of years (concurrently with Tireman). But just based on seeing the Borg ones in the package, I wouldn't hesitate to buy them; especially with some confusion about the current status of the Tireman stems. They are nearly identical from what I can see.
