2000 Chinook Concourse Window Gasket

Heyas!
Just got ourselves a new to us Chinook in great condition, except a few items. The side window gaskets in the living area are pretty shrunkin and dried out. Was wondering if anyone knows part numbers or reliable window gasket sites to get some replacements. I've looked at a few but don't see the correct profiles for what we need.

Secondly, the rear door lock set. There's a ton of different types and sizes for RVs in general. Most I see are latching kind, and not the hooking kind (similar to how a car door works). Has anyone found a working replacement?

The original rear door latch is a TriMark 030-0900. You can google that number to see many choices for replacements or parts. New assembly is pricey, but you can find the exterior part or interior part separately or find them or parts on EBay that might be cheaper.
