Order was terminated. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Over 3 weeks waiting, i called them originally and was told it could take up to 10 days. The web page says allow 5 to 7 days for delivery if you want engraving. I started emailing them a week ago with multiple emails and they didnt bother to respond to any of them. I called them today and they had no explanation for failing to respond to my emails and no explanation as to why the product was not shipped yet.

They should have kept you in the loop if it took longer than expected, and offer you the refund right then. Too bad that you have to wait so long and still not get what you want. I guess they don't need your business

This seems to be becoming the norm for more and more online businesses. They get your money and then they just forget about you or your items show up damaged or you get the wrong stuff. Im thinking this place was getting product from china or some other country and thats what the delay was with all of the covid stuff. Theres no other reasonable explanation for it taking as long as it did and never recieving the product. I understand engraving can add a couple of days, but not over 3 weeks with no explanation or expected ship date in sight after you already took the funds from my bank account.

Its only been a matter of days since i posted my last comment about internet businesses. Two days ago i ordered a case of pheasant snack sticks from an outfit called "MacFarlane Pheasants Inc." in Wisconsin. They shipped it out promptly and it was here in two days (meat product). I ordered the Classic flavor. After opening one and taking a bite i almost threwup on myself, then i put my glasses on and read the tiny print on the package in my hand....they sent me a case full of BBQ snack sticks and not the ones i ordered.
I only mention it to further my point... The odds that you will get what you paid for with these online businesses is a crap shoot anymore. Now i have to box them back up and spend my time and more money to send them back. When i call tomorrow i will tell them i do not even want the original order, i want my money refunded. The level of incompetent people in todays world is mind numbing... How difficult is it to read an order invoice, pull it from the shelf, place it in a box and ship it to a customer. The fact that I have this many problems with online businesses tells me that im not the only one its happening to. America is in big trouble when its people cant even perform the simplest of tasks correctly.
We MUST stop excusing incompetence and blatant stupdity by telling ourselves everyone makes mistakes. When your incompetence/stupidity starts costing other people money and time you need to be corrected and or humiliated. Excusing incompetence/stupdity only serves to make the problem worse. If this country doesnt get its head on straight you will be licking the boots of the Chinese in the not distant future.

Never heard of these items. At first, I thought you are a pheasant keeper, and you are buying these to give to your birds as snacks, until you said you bite into one. Their webpage says "One taste and it will be love at first bite." so I guess it is not true in your case.

They taste horrible. They dont even taste like pheasant, they taste more like chemicals and grease, soylent green perhaps. I usually get Pheasant snacks processed by Lee's Meats based in South Dakota, but you can only buy them at the Scheels stores because Lee's wont sell them by the case to the public. Thought i would try MacFarlane since they will sell to joe public and ship. Huge Mistake... i dont think i have ever tasted anything so nasty short of the few times i have vomited up in my own mouth.

The problem with scheels is that these things do have a shelf life and sheels will keep them in the stock room unrefridgerated for however long it takes to sell them. They bring them out a few at a time and put them in a cooler in the hunting department. When you buy them from scheels you will get at least a couple that have exceeded their shelf life and you can taste it becaus ethey taste like rotten meat. Thought i would try MacFarlane since they will sell to joe public and ship. Huge Mistake... i dont think i have ever tasted anything so nasty short of the few times i have vomited up in my own mouth.

This will be interesting tomorrow. I say that because not only did they send me Honey BBQ instead of the Classic flavor. The individual packages are labeled Honey BBQ but they have absolutely zero honey or BBQ taste to them. In fact they actually taste like jalepino peppers, spice, combined with large amounts of grease. That tells me they packaged their New spicy pepper snacks inside the Honey BBQ packages. Thats negligence, what if someone was allergic to or had a medical condition that was set off by the spice or peppers? They take a bite of what they think is Honey BBQ only to find out in the emergency room that its spicy pepper and not honey bbq at all.

Trust me you dont want a package. They taste like royal $&*T, they dont even taste like meat of any kind. Today they told me to throw them away and they would refund my money. I told them i feel that them telling me to just throw them away versus having UPS pick them up and return them tells me they dont care and are merely trying to sweep a huge problem under the rug.
I told them if they arent going to have ups pick them up and return them so they can validate what im telling them and do an investigation, im obligated to contact state officials so that they can perform the investigation for them. Ten minutes later they emailed me back saying UPS will be here to get them Monday. They claim they are going to investigate the issue and keep me informed as to the findings. Personally i dont feel they are being genuine so i may contact state officials anyway.
We have laws about the proper packaging and labeling of food and poultry in this country. It isnt a small issue that should just be swept under the rug IMO.
