replacing water hatch

Anyone replace their water hatch? We want to replace ours (it's yellowed) and those found online don't have the same outer dimensions (they are too small).
Any suggestions?

I can't see what year you have, but my '99 uses an "unobtanium" Bargman water fill door. Maybe that's the one you have too (the other utilities' hatches are all easily replaced by various JR Products hatches that are easily available).

I have not done this yet (my original is still working, just), but I previously did some research and decided that the one below may fit with the minimum of re-working. The city and fill are reversed so a bit of PEX work will be needed on the inside but that is doable.

This one looks kind of cheap construction, but the city and fill are the same as the Bargman. The screw holes also look at the right spot, but I did not check the dimension to make sure the cutout is the same size:

I should have mentioned that it's been a few years since I looked for the Bargman. At that point I decided I would rather make a commonly available one fit. These things are not ultra durable so future replacement (again) is a possibility.

Thank you for the replies. We have a '98 concourse and have replaced all the yellowed doors/covers and this is the last one to go. We are trapshooters and take the rig to the various shoots. Actually bought the Chinook for the dogs (lol) and we all love it! It is hysterical watching people through the mirrored windows taking photos of the Chinook...they can't see us on the inside!

The mirrored windows are fun, aren't they? Plus, if you're outside they often reflect a great sunset or view.

PS: If the hatch is yellowed but not broken, you could consider painting it with one of the "for plastic" spray paints, in white.
