Here is the home page for the Chinook RV Clubs (East and West). Drill down to East Club/Coming Events for information about the rally.

You can join the club if you are interested in future events as well.

I'm not the rally sort, so no expert, but I would generally expect some shared meals, maybe a group campfire one evening, and at least one "open house" time period for show-and-tell tours of the rigs (which I would imagine is not required if one doesn't want to open their particular RV). Perhaps some daytime organized activities. The latter category is probably where there is the most variation between more casual and more organized rallies.

If in the east, I'd generally expect it to be held at an established campground in a block of sites (hookups, etc.). Out west it would either be that or perhaps a large field (usage arranged in advance) or even just on open public land (Quartzsite style).

As linked to above, many rallies will have a published itinerary which will give you a better idea of the specifics (is there a sign up, a cost, what activities, etc.)

Thank you. I don't know if I am the rally type either-- guess I will find out! Since I just recently purchased my rig, I imagine this will be a good opportunity for me to learn more about them, and gain inspiration from projects and modifications.
