My locks are in less than perfect shape and besides.. There's too many keys. Anyone replaced them? I read on a blog/for sale chinook where the guy replaced them all with 1 barrel style key (like vending machines have). I don't have any details on what exactly to order/find though.

The rear storage door, drivers side large storage door, water service center, and generator door are all one key on my 2004 Concourse. Are you saying that each of those are on differenct keys on yours?

The drivers side and back hatch are the same, the passenger side, and the "safe" are different. It hasn't been as bad as it seemed when I was handed a ring of keys. Still on my nice to have list, but down on the priority level.

Can I assume you never got an answer for this? I would love to change mine out too to what you are describing.

I've just started swapping all mine out with "combi-cams". They are a twist knob with combo instead of key. The outside ones are all 7/8" shaft. The safe is 5/8". I had to do some dremel one on the safe latch, but so far the outside ones have all been direct replacements. (Done 3..4 to go)

Excellent. So pretty much as long as I make sure the shaft is 7/8", I should be good to go for any lock? Thanks for the info!
