Bunk model

Hello everyone,

I am looking at a '97 Concourse. It is the "bunk model" which has the jackknife sofa and then another sofa across from it.
Does anyone have or has previously owned one of these? Pros and cons?
From what I see when you set up the table that mounts in the holes in the floor it blocks up passage to the back, plus you'd always be sitting facing the sides, so if you were watching tv you'd have to keep your head turned.
I really want a dinette model but possible considering this one. Pics attached.
