I had put a lot of money into it in 2024 to overhaul brakes, steering, suspension, and several other items, hence my earlier asking price which I thought was fair given condition and relative to others on the market. But I am not going to be able to use it going forward because of health issues affecting my wife, and so am significantly dropping the price to avoid having it stand unused.

Chinookers, I am not in market but I am surprised this has not sold, especially at this price. It could be representative of overall state of RV market which is in decline. However, for someone wanting a Chinook your deal seems great opportunity (caveat - I do not know owner or have seen in person).

New RV's have deserved reputation of being built horribly....why anyone would buy new today except for custom is beyond me. So our Chinooks, with their quality, reputation, low mileage and V10 engines really are a no brainer for some looking for a Class B or small C that sleeps two.

BTW your upgrades make this a killer deal......heck, if I had an extra $30k laying around, I'd buy and store until market comes back...
