Starlink Gen3 Installation on the roof

I just purchased a 2001 Concourse and love it! It is my 4th RV and I am impressed with the build and the features of the Concourse. I enjoy boondocking so to reduce battery consumption I have upgraded most lights to LED, converted the Samsung TV and Roku for 12VDC use and just received a Gen 3 Starlink with a vehicle mount that I plan to install on the roof. A 12VDC-56VDC transformer is on the way from Amazon. The generator should only be needed for the microwave, coffee pot, A/C, & vacuum. Everything else will run off the house batteries. I also added an Alpine in-dash stereo with CarPlay.
Two amplifiers for the speakers and a subwoofer installed in the camper are also powered by the house batteries.
I plan to install the Starlink satellite antenna behind the air conditioner facing rearward. It is angled up 20 degrees so I would mount it so that the pointy end of the angle is facing the rear. The A/C would act to block the airflow hitting the wide side of the angle facing front. I would prefer to face it forward but it functions best with a 110-degree field of view and the air conditioner interferes with that slightly if it is forward-facing. It would have to be mounted at least 3 feet behind the A/C. I was thinking of running the cable through the refrigerator vent if I can find a way to get it into the camper from there behind the microwave and through the conduit behind the cabinets up to the forward compartment. I have not seen anyone use the vent for this and would like any comments on that idea. With mounting the antenna as described, it comes with (4) 1/4" x 1 1/2" lag bolts that are fairly close together about 1 1/4" from each other. Does anybody know if there is wood under the fiberglass structure that will hold the bolts or is it fiberglass with insulation directly under it? If there are wood beams is there an illustration with dimensions of how the wood structure is laid out under the fiberglass?
Thank you for any input you have on this!
