crank no start - 1998 E-350 V-10 Triton Chinook Premier

I am looking for advice on my crank no start problem because the forecast is for 16” of snow, so I'm not gonna get much else done over the next couple days.

98 E-350 V-10 Triton Chinook Premier 65,000 miles:

Intermittent hard start progressed to crank no start. 2 days ago threw codes P1131, P1132, P1151, all have since resolved but still crank no start. Runs perfect when it does start.

Things I have addressed:
Battery is 8 months old and tests good
Fuel pump fuse good
Fuel pump relay good
New air filter
New oil filter
New fuel filter
New starter
Tightened shift cable
Replaced neutral safety switch
New MAF
New CPS
New CKP
Spliced chewed up vapor canister wires

I have not tested the fuel pump because I have 45 gallons of gas in the tank and haven't found the test port yet.
