Humidity Solutions?

Hi Everyone!
We've been living in our 2000 Chinook Premier now for 1.5 months (we acquired it just before moving into it, and it's our first RV so newbie alert!) We live in North Central Florida so of course we've been losing our battle against humidity. We've reduced indoor cooking and showering, have a Probreeze mini dehumidifier and 10.5oz DampRid bucket we rotate around, are looking for fan options, etc... But even when running A/C and all this other stuff our indoor humidity levels are around 80% most of the time. Besides just not breathing and being alive while inside our camper, what are unique solutions others have found to deal with humidity? I've considered getting a larger more powerful dehumidifier but I'm not even sure where we would put it...
Thank you everyone for reading and giving input on my newbie posts!
