Tripp Lite

We have a 2005 Chinook Concourse, and comprehending the electrical system is above our pay grade so we’re looking for some remedial help.
We had been hooked up to 30 amps for a few hours and everything seemed to be running smoothly when the LVD alarm over the cockpit went off followed by almost everything losing power. Interestingly, the microwave clock stayed on as did its light when opening the door. After running the truck’s engine for less than a minute, power was restored, and everything stayed on for 20-30 minutes. When the power went off again, we went to bed. In the morning, we had no power and restarted the truck, which soon restored power enough to run lights and a coffee pot. We even ran the AC for a few minutes before unplugging and heading home.
I suspect the problem is with the Tripp-Lite Alternative Power Source Model RV612ULH Series: AGAP60012MVJ. This used to make a constant running noise when connected to 110 and no longer does. It’s not responsive to pressing the reset buttons.
The remote no longer lights up.
Thanks for any suggestions,
David
