Chinook RV

Hello! My husband and I have a 93 chinook with a blown engine. We absolutely love the RV, and want to try to save it if we can. Does anyone know where to buy a replacement engine for that model, and also could you tell me what the exact specs are possibly? As in size, liters, etc. Thank you for any help!

You may want to try look at your local junk yard or the auto part store. I periodically see 2000 or older E350 that came there with relatively good engine. You probably can buy a rebuilt one for a few grands. Someone mentioned swap out with a diesel, so they may have a donator for you, but shipping the block across the country won't be cheap, so you better off look for them locally.
