leaked roof

The overhead compartment is dripping water with all the rains we got here in So. Cal., and I see the water is coming down from the thermostat wiring inside the compartment. I suspect it is the antenna port that needs to be reseated, by maybe it is the roof top AC and the water just slide down the thermostat wire. What do you guys think I should check first? I do not want to get this done right now, since the roof is wet, but once the sun comes out, I will need to take care of this before the next rain comes (can be as late as a year from now, but this is going to be one of the wetter years I think.)

I had some drips directly under my antennae mechanism. I started applying silicone spray to the mechanism as directed in the Windgard manual and it hasn't leaked since.
Sounds like there is a seal in there that dries out and allows water through.

Edit:
I did not disassemble the unit, just spraying the silicone in there seemed to do the trick.

My vote is to take this opportunity to seal all areas on roof. If seals are old you will get more leaks plus you really can't be sure where leak coming from. Recaulking/sealing not too difficult and well worth the time.
