Awning and water pressure regulator

For the life of me I can't find the dimensions of the Chinook Concourse 1998 awning. I need the extended measurements so I can choose an appropriate mat to fit under it. I now have two options - 6'x9' or 9'x12'. I even looked in the awning manual and can't find the numbers I need. I looked in the awning replacement pdf and also can't find them. I can't find it in the manual either.
While I'm at it, do I need an additional water pressure regulator since I think one is already installed for the city water inlet.
