JabberBox, my weight before new leaf springs but fully loaded & wet for trip was:
10,700 total
7,500 rear
3,200 front
Although I am not 4x4 but I am lifted it seems the 4x4 adds quite a bit of weight. I don't think new leaf springs added much extra because I only added 1 or two leafs to pak.

Re: Concourse 4x4 conversion
What is the weight that you removed when you get rid of the I-beam suspension and the MorRyde? The overall gross weight should be a simple arithmetic, while the front and back should not change much from the add/subtract since the components are pretty much exactly center over the axles.

Let us know how mods affect drive. Anything to soften and quiet ride is worth looking into.
