DOT Certified seatbelt for child car seat

Does anyone know if the seatbelts that are bolted under the dinette bench are DOT certified for use with an infant car seat? I doubt it, but am wondering—Planning for when granddaughter is ready for her first Rig Trip!

This is going to be a tough topic even for a brand new rig. Most organization just turn a blind eye on this, and so far, no big issue or lawsuit that I am aware of yet. Anyone pull over on the side of the road if someone need to use the bathroom, or need to get up? Luckily, most RV drivers are slower, and not drunk, so accident usually is rare.
