Help. Trying to retract slide. No amber light!

Hello. We are at a campsite with power. We have a 2005 chinook glacier. Trying to get the slide in but the amber light is not on. And ideas? How can we tell if bladder is deflated? Thank you in advance!! Dave
Well we may have figured it out but for future if anyone has any tips much appreciated. It only worked after we stores the jacks which is not part of the instructions. We also found when storing the jacks the red lights on the panel are not working. Will have to trouble shoot!
