Blown spark plugs?

I've found there are some interesting videos on YouTube these days. Some better than TV, (I know that's not saying much).
I found a guy this winter who is/was a Ford mechanic. Some of these guys seem to like to listen to themselves talk but this guy is pretty straight to the point, does a nice job with the videos.
