Digital Safe

Has anyone permanently mounted a safe, or safe type box? If so, what was a good mounting location.

The factory offered one mounted on top of the wheel hump in the bottom cabinet at the floor under the stove.

I've got it and like it. I wonder how many people know right where it is though.
