The Correct Transmission Fluid and Engine Oil

I’ve gotten mixed messages about what type of Transmission Fluid and Engine Oil I should use for my 2002 Chinook Destiny. Does anyone know what should I be using? It has a 8.1L VORTEC V-8 engine any information would be greatly appreciated.
