Chinook RV

Hi All,

I just return from another deployment two weeks ago and started working on my Chinook which I missed very much (LOL). Anyway I just wanted to share some before and after photos with everyone. Have a blessed year!

Looks nice! Are these the vinyl planks? I may want to revisit this option if I can find a thinner version than those from Costco.

What is the floor material? does it go under the dinette and sofa? any during installation pics? I like it.

Thank you everyone for your comments. I came up with the idea after laying down my kitchen floor. There was a box left over and I decided to use it in the RV. Below is the link of what I purchase from Home Depot. Enjoy!

I used the same material on my 1990 Chinook. It only took two boxes, and is perfect for RV applications, since it's 100% PVC, doesn't expand and contract, move, or require special skills. Love it.

It looks beautiful you went horizontally I went vertical. Great job!

It is a lot more easy to lay the pieces length-wise, but I think it look better cross-wise, IMO. The major disadvantage of going cross-wise is that you need to make a lot more cuts, so possibly more waste. It is probably easier to sweep the floor if they go length-wise. I probably will do it length-wise, because I am lazy.

Well I also redid the graphics on the exterior.

Nice! I like that blue/grey combination, and the classic nose on your cutaway.
