Well, now that I look at it I don't see any, but the outside window photo is not detailed. Obviously it needed re-bedding badly.
I see one interesting mod: The aft dinette seat is made narrower (forward one is stock width), and also I guess moved forward as there is now a ~12" counter ahead of the stove.
The driver and passenger seats look really nice. Amazing how the Flexsteel seats hold up (if they are indeed Flexsteel). I like the older ones with arms on both sides (altho I think that might be hard to fit next to the newer doors? - I think the older ones had the more strap like grab handles vs. our molded armrest/handle shape.

I think it might be too late though, considering that around the window opening is a plywood core, which is probably rotten. How would you fix it?Obviously it needed re-bedding badly.

Yeah, as I said, "needed," past tense 
Actually since that's a Premier, I think the framing around the window is "stick built" regular wood, not plywood (so probably less resistant to moisture). In any case, I'd remove the window, take all the cabinetry off that wall (upper cabs, dinette, table), and remove the wall itself. I'd also remove the carpet from the floor. Then I'd assess the damage and repair/replace as necessary. (Would be nice if any issues did not extend to stove area, but you wouldn't know until you were in there.) My guess is that wall framing and wallboard will need replacing. Floor may need some repair. Fiberglass itself is probably fine. Window too. Would be interesting to take it apart and see!

I think someone bought this Chinook and did the repairs on it and just put it back out on market. Looks like the same interior with the window fixed.
