just trying to drum up some chatter, it is a fun little project. weather has not been on my side at all so it is taking a bit more time. but i steam ahead everyday. that first intercooler pipe has the hardest part of building the piping

i finished the intercooler pipes yesterday and am pretty happy, next will be remove the core engine and build the real one.

finish up the welding, get the sjb mounted in the cab, and start with the wiring. i may keep the 1995 nose for now. i recessed the intercooler far enough i think i can get the front end back on

got the front axle underneath, and back end where it needs to go, radius arm brackets are drawn out and well get broke Monday

i have the pedals in and hooked up, smart junction box mounted and connected, sound deadening the floor and doghouse, just about done in the cab.
will work on the radius arm brackets today

It's coming along very nicely! Really cool seeing a later dash in there.

What will you be doing for cab flooring?

i have the beginnings of the radius arm brackets bolted on and the arms attached, pitman arm has been changed to a 2005 superduty 36 spline that i
reamed to fit the bigger drag link of the 2010 front steering, i have a rough country adjustable trac bar and will build the frame attachment today.

i am done fabbing up major parts, and cleaning up the shop from the disaster of building the chinook. so tomorrow i will pull out the mock up engine and build the real one. that will give me a chance to finish welding engine mounts and a final tidy up. then the engine will get installed for good
