This is sad. Is there anything that you can do to get it to work now with the rig all apart? It would suck big time if you have to put it all together and try other vendor and go thru this again.

UPS and other delivery companies have such a hard time getting drivers that I am sure they will just turn a deaf ear to your complaint. I guess we need to pay the drivers more, and need to setup a table with some milk and cookies by the front door for them when they drop off the packages.
