Cabinet door "hold open" struts on Concourse

Knock on wood, all of our cabinet struts have worked quite well, but the larger one in our forward OH cabinet just started failing - maybe because it had been open for a while while we were doing some work in there. That strut was a Columbia Strut, model CS750-30 (7.5" extended and 30 pound force). I purchased the same one (https://columbiastruts.com/shop/columbi ... 50-30.html) for $12.95, including shipping. Took about 5 minutes to install and it works great.
