I don't know, but I would be careful going that route. Those are what Ford provided to hold TWO large wheels onto your Chinook going 70 mph down the freeway. To compromise that for simulators wouldn't be good. However, that said, maybe there is a product. I'd want numbers, facts, and figures to back up the replacement. If you have those, then I'd say sure.

Maybe there are some aftermarket lug nuts that would do the job and it's all been figured out already?

Note that these lug nuts are the "extra large" type that have the built in washers.
