You found the two switch boxes inside the electrical area, right? I am confused by what you found, since for my case, the wires go from the two switches to the actuators.

No, the switches had already been removed. All I found were two holes from the switches mounting screws and the previous pictured cut wires.
The two actuators had also been removed, leaving me with two sets of pos & neg wires wrapped up with about a roll of cheap electrical tape.

.... It is the two previously pictured sets of pos & neg wires I am wanting to properly cut, terminate, cap off or remove.
