You may at least check the voltage from the input to the coach batteries to make sure it is reasonable.
If you want to satisfy my selfish curiosity, I would like to know if the wire from the solar panel is truly uninterrupted piece. I know a few old style solar panel can be used that way (I had a Harbor Freight one that was directly connected to 12V battery for my chick coop door opener), and some panels actual have a mini-inverter or controller on the back. Maybe that is the kind that was installed. Those that wired directly usually end up killing the battery prematurely, however, since the charging curve is not suitable for the longevity of the battery.
