In a quick search (I'm on my way out), I didn't find the exact one (I searched variations of closet cabinet door plunger dc light switch), but there were a lot to look at.

I do have a question for you though: Presuming you mean the strip lights that light up the cabinets when you open the doors, have you changed yours over to LED? That's a project on my list (I don't use them that much of course, since it's only when I open a door, but it would be nice to have the lower draw of LED when I forget one open for the whole day!). I have considered the "cheap" LED strips you can find on eBay and etc., but I'd have to come up with something to attach them, since the usual methods aren't put into a corner. I also have looked at LED rope lights. More expensive, but could be attached just like the originals.

I assumed those "strip lights" are LED. The PO of my '01 Concourse did a nasty fix of the water damaged closet door panel and never put in the light switch. That whole galley side from the cooktop and fridge cabinet to the closet is my remodel project.

If the rope lights are sort of hidden like they are now.. Could you not put the LED strings in clear tubing yourself? Not as professional looking but if its otherwise hidden anyway..
Just a thought. Manufactured 12v led rope lights would really be the way to go.. Just an idea though.

The stock ones on my Concourse aren't LED, just as a data point. I hope they will be in future though.

Finally... found a couple of sources for a cabinet/closet switch:
Amazon: Sub Zero Refrigerator Replacement Door Light Switch (Round, White)
Sea Ray parts: closet light switch

About $8 from Amazon. The Sea Ray switch is only $2.50 but the parts site requires a $25 min order.
Both are the "plunger style, momentary, single pole-normally closed" switches.

It's probably a pretty common switch for the RV industry that would be available at the local RV store parts department. My local shop has a surprising amount of little parts like that switch. If not they have a supplier's catalog to look through. I'd look it up myself but I can't get to the catalog right now.
