Running power from front grill into cab

Greetings all. One of the projects on my 'to do' list for spring is to run wiring from front grill of my 2004 Premier through engine compartment, through firewall for use in charging my new "Copenhagen" electric wheel (an amazing device, for those of you who haven't see it, that converts my regular 21-speed bicycle to a seamlessly powered-assist operation run bluetooth with a smartphone app!---www.superpedestrian.com). I carry two bikes on a front mounted rack that I have talked about in other posts.
Once I have got the charging wire into the cab, I will merely plug it into my 150 watt true-sign inverter that sits on my console and plugs into the 20 amp accessory plug on the dash--to charge while running.
So, I'm looking for advice and/or directions from anyone out there who has run power from front of Rig to cab in this manner...or someone who knows more about this than me...which will be most of you! All comments and suggestions welcome.

Mine has a “Ford pass through” which consists of four unused wires going through the firewall that Ford was nice enough to install for this sort of thing. They are terminated near the battery on the driver’s side. The other end is under the steering column. Red, orange, blue, yellow I think. Chinook used two of them for the emergency jumpstart switch. I think they are 10 gauge. Those are convenient if they’re large enough for your needs. Hope that helps. Looks like an interesting device.

Thanks Scott for the prompt response. I will scope this out and check with my Superpedestrian folks to see if these are compatible with charging requirements for my Copenhagen Wheel.
