RV storage costs

Anyone else seeing big spikes in storage costs, several years ago was paying $185 for covered storage, then went to $205. Just got letter saying in April it will be $254.....where does it end? I love my covered storage but I may go back to uncovered for $110 - $140 and save $1,500/yr.
