I am getting packed up to head from Vancouver BC to Lyons Indiana should be about 2700 miles one one, going over on 90 and coming back through denver salt lake reno and back up the coast. i am really looking forward to 600 mile plus per tank with the new cummins power. i hope to see some Chinooks on the road,

If you happen to do it again next year, maybe we can cross paths. I have plans for a 2-3 month run coast-to-coast. Boston to Longmont CO (grandkids), up through Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Oregon across to the Pacific. Then down the coasts of Oregon and CA, hitting Yosemite, before wending my way back east on some sort of southern route that includes Tennessee and back up to Boston.
I sure am jealous of your 600 mile tank!

just got home, the chinook rocks as a travel rig i seen 15 states, and 6100 miles of road. never seen one other Chinook

exhaust housing is a bit big for the elevations so i will order a smaller one. that will get the turbo in a better range and might gain me .5 in mpg
