i am going to separate the signal and brake signal so just the amber flashes with the signal and the red is clearance and brake without the signal flashing the red as well ( i agree i think it is dumb how it is wired)

i did get the drivers door rewired for the 2010 door panels and now have power mirrors that work, the original ones are siezed so i put on 2010 dual sail power mirrors

In my van, there's a light green wire under the driver's step well cover that goes hot with a press of the brake pedal. I was able to confirm the wire but I never ran it to the tail lights to make them work properly. That was seven years ago so I guess it didn't matter enough to me.

got my electrical issue sorted out. was a bad ground, on a new cable i had built. got the drives door finished and cleaned, started cleaning the dash, a bit more too go, but a start. i hope to have the taillights wired tomorrow. i am feeling the end for this year is very close and time to use it. i need to figure out where to mount the coach battery disconnect that was on the lower dash

well finally something plug and play, this caught me by surprise. the e brake 2010 e250 pedal assembly and front cable, 1995 e250 intermediate cable and equalizer, 2003 f350 left and right cables to the diff. this is the winning combo. so happy this all worked. this is something i researched putting ends on cables shortening methods. fitting had never crossed my mind. also got the rear shocks in

got the exhaust finished today, over axle was fun with the fuel tank ,shocks and springs. i am going to stick the generator exhaust in the tail pipe with some flex hose

also started on my solar upgrade and ordered lithium batteries
