Thank you again for all your collective help. This was the first time in my 59 years I got under a vehicle. it was about time!
We have a trip coming up starting tomorrow - and my husband (Gabbi on this site) and I are way excited to head out. For this trip we will have hook ups, so if the batteries do not charge properly, we still have power. After we return I will spend time trying to remove the disconnect boxes and replacing with new ones.
Thank you again. I really appreciate your collective spirit of helping.

Beeping Coach Battery Disconnect Switch
Re: Beeping Coach Battery Disconnect Switch
I too am having problems with the beeping Coach Battery Disconnect. The LVD trips at 12.8volts. Was not always like this so I do not know what or why that cause the change. Read the forum and changed out the 50 and 15 amp breakers but still having problems. Have new coach and engine batteries and the voltage is good. I start out with 13.1 voltage, turn on the fan and 7 minutes later the voltage drops to 12.8 volts and the LVD trips. Should I adjust the Potentiometer on the LVD? But don't know why I would of changed from the factory settings; but should be below 12.8 volts (Sure Power Model 135000. Not sure what to do. Considered installing a jumper wire on the LVD to bypass the LVD as suggested in the forum. By bypassing the LVD with the jumper wire, would this have any impact on the overhead rocker panel functionality, such as Coach Battery On/Off switch, Generator Start Switch, and Vehicle Boost Start? Will they still work?
I have a 2002 Concourse and love it!
Thanks for your comments and any suggestions you may have to fix the issue.

Re: Beeping Coach Battery Disconnect Switch
I am going to do it from memory, so go with the manual if you can instead.
First of all, is your voltmeter accurate? And where do you measure the 12.8 volt? (battery terminal, or the LVD terminal?)
The battery Store/On switch should still works unless you connect the V-IN with V-OUT. The generator start switch is not related to the LVD. It goes directly to the coach batteries, or in some model/year, the chassis battery. The boost start also is not related to the LVD directly. Its connect to the solenoid under the hood in the front of the rig, and is not affected by the LVD.

By using jumper do you mean to connect the V-IN and V-OUT of the LVD together?... which can give you a dead batteries if you are not careful. You should have some kind of low voltage disconnect so that you won't need to call AAA in the middle of no where. If you are jumping the SENSE with the V-IN, it only for troubleshooting. Do you have the link to the suggestion that you read?Considered installing a jumper wire on the LVD to bypass the LVD as suggested in the forum. I have a 2005 Chinook Concourse and my LVD is black with part number 137110100. Has anyone seen this style of LVD?

Re: Beeping Coach Battery Disconnect Switch
the green switch keeps tripping after a minute or two. i checked the voltage in the low voltage disconnect and i have 13 (vin in and out). the minute i turn the green switch on i have 0 voltage. i changed both the auto breakers. also the separator keeps clicking even with car and house batteries disconnected (must be coming from solar panel. any suggestions. i also checked the ground wires.
