LVD not letting battery charge

LVD not letting battery charge

I have a 2000 concourse, MagneTex 7345 is showing 13.9 volts on all fuses, coach batteries keep going dead! Only showing battery voltage at the in and out connections on LVD. Does anyone know why charger is not getting to batteries? battery voltage is 12.07.

Check the wiring from the DC panel to the LVD. Maybe one of the wires was not bolted down to the right torque and made a loose connection. They used a hex set screw for the connection to LVD from the panel, IIRC.
