Looking for our first chinook!

Hello we are looking for a chinook rv. Currently have a truck camper but my wife doesn't like driving it. Says she likes the chinook style so we are on the pursuit for a nice example.
Looking to buy from a longtime owner-not a dealer or a flipper.
We are stationed in San Diego California but willing to travel wherever for one we like.

Did you find a Chinook? My 2004 model is for sale in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
2 wheel drive. Triton V10 engine with FiveStar tuning. Approximately 78,000 miles. Newer tires.
heavy duty Bilstein shocks all the way around. Roadmaster steering stabilizer
3 additional solar panels plus a Kodiak battery pack which can be charged / used as household back-up
No TV. New toilet.
Uninstalled the seat belts & brackets, but I have them. Uninstalled vacuum cleaner but I have it.
ALL original manuals, paperwork, and service records are organized in notebooks for easy reference.

We had a great time in this rig -- Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and Arizona.
It's an LE model with nice wood work inside.
