door trim that holds control for outside mirrors

Post by bstockford »

I need to replace the door trim that holds the switch for mirror controls and heated mirror switch. Ford does not have one except a flat one that has no room for controls. Chinook Concourse Ford E-350 2005. Anybody ever find that plastic door trim part?
Thanks
