RV storage

Post by terance13 »

I need advice...I'm thinking of offering indoor, not climate controlled, RV storage. Each spot would have 120 electrical service. I'm thinking $1.25-1.50 per foot of length per month to make it work for me. Do you think that is reasonable and if available in your area, would you lease a spot for a year? If not, please share your reason(s). Thanks!

Indoor storage around me is roughly $300/ month up to class A size.

I looked it up, and around my area, it is $175.00 per month out in the sun, so your price is pretty cheap. However, land here is more expensive ($4 million per acre), so maybe that is the reason for the difference.

I think the biggest issue is that I constantly work on my rig, so if I have it in a storage, it is a pain for me to get to it. I do have enough space in my driveway to keep it there, but I really should put a cover on it, however.
