I just looked at mine and they are in bad shape. Need to replace! How did it come out for you guys? Do it yourselves or shop it?

My wife wouldn't let me try to replace them myself, concerned about my safety, but probably for good reason. I took it to my tire shop and they said it "was a pain in the ass" and they charged accordingly ($500). It took them two and a half hours, and two people (but they had never done it before). If you wanted to make a trip to Elkhart Indiana to get the factory to do it, it's probably easy, but I haven't read about anyone having a cheap and easy experience at a third party shop.

I did half remove the bad one in my driveway, and there are tremendous presures, even when the bolts are removed.

However, in the end, it feels really nice now to have everything fixed. Looking forward to a smooth-riding trip coming up this week.

According to the MORryde website I have a rv dealer an hour North of me that's an authorized MORryde dealer. When things open up on Tuesday I'll call and ask how much, etc.

We have several e450s at my work with the mor-ryde. I have replaced them in house here but I find having a porto-power really helps with doing this job.

For my 2000 Concourse, the installation tool is useless for installing the MorRyde on the passenger side because the exhaust pipe is on the way. I give up after getting a C-clamp that is too small, and have to dig up a Porta-Power (it was under a pile of other tools) to finish up the install. The driver side is easy, and I was able to get it done by myself in about 2 or 3 hours.

'Very satisfied with mine (done by a local truck springs shop). I didn't know mine were torn when I bought it. Drove like a ship on the ocean but I thought that was normal for something that big and heavy. When I got the vehicle inspected and it wouldn't pass because of that, I got it fixed and now rides so much smoother.
