Aww, thanks!

I see I do have a bit of reading to do (!) -- looking forward to it. :D

Thoughts:

1) Has deppstein turned over another 100k yet?

2) Is Scott's rig down to 6,500#? (And how DID he install that AC)

3) Any more interesting issues on Flame's "everything works" Chinook?

4) Hoosier: Are you selling solar power back to the grid yet?

5) Does Manitou have another Chinook now? Is it in Thailand?

6) Does Kirah's rig have any interior left?

7) How are 68Camaro's fishing trips going?

8) Has Rooney found any paragraph breaks in his travels? (Just kidding, Rooney, Iove your posts and without you I'd probably still be trying to remove those pillars :x )

9) How many more super clean, classic Chinooks has markatherton modded (and documented, yay)?

10) Has Willywalderbeast been recruited by UPS now that they are so busy during Covid? (New interior #3?!)

11) Chin_k has no doubt documented some one-off projects. What will they be?

12) Has it ever stopped raining for Astrodokk? :geek:

And much, much more, I'm sure... 8-)

All the superhero stuff he’s done on his Chinook and he couldn’t get a new friggin keyboard! LOL
I thought I was king of procrastinators.
You kind of sort of gave us all a scare there. Glad it isn’t now Blue~Went.
I’m glad you’re still around BG!

I see it has stopped raining there

And yes, when it comes to intractable computer problems I have very little fortitude. Give me a wiring mystery or a cool storage idea instead.

PS: Blue~Went.... ha.

I'm sure I speak for most on the Forum, that it's great to have you back.
You've got a lot of catching up to do, my friend! :D
I second these sentiments! Even as a noobie lurker, I feel as though I nearly know you after reading your informative posts.
I second Barrera's first sentiment ;)

Seriously, we are just glad that you are doing well.

I know you're kidding but I at least have to mention it's a laptop, so it's not quite as easy. I did buy an auxiliary keyboard but since the laptop's trackpad is still used often, it's something like being an organist with all the different levels (no foot pedals though, at least). Suddenly you really appreciate those (seemingly few) words that don't have any of the broken letters. I'm sure when I finally get the new-to-me computer going I'll feel like I'm typing 300 wpm

Well Blue,...I originally started the post about where you are. Shoot, we was all trying to figure out which funeral home to send flowers to!! Don't scare us like that again!. It ain't funny. Seriously, we missed you and so glad to hear your back and all is well with you. Our "Land Shark" is doing great. I did upgrade my battery charging system and installed a new coleman solar control panel. Other than that everything is great. Just got tired of the old charger boiling water out of my batteries. Thinking of taking a trip up into Arkansas and Oklahoma this weekend. WELCOME BACK!

Blue-Go, great to hear you are doing well....we were about to organize a Chinook search party to scout the countryside for you......

I have been using my rig to boonedock while fishing a lot, as a matter of fact my local RV service center remarked on how many miles I put on it between service visits.

Because of all the time you (especially PM'ing) and others on the forum spent going over my electrical systems and load management I can now boonedock and get a full night sleep without low voltage alarm waking me up in the wee hours of the morning and freezing once furnance shuts off

Safe travels....

Blue...you are a (virtual) sight for sore eyes! Welcome Home.
Turtle will hit 100k on our trip back East. We’ve been CO for the past two months to hang out with our new granddaughter. Made a self-isolating run out here at the end of March, and now starting back on Sunday...working our way East by going North first to do some camping on BLM land in Wyoming and Montana.
...really glad you are OK!
