Re: Owner's manual

I would go with the 2000 manual too, and if you see any discrepancy, or things that does not apply, just do a search here, or ask the question on the forum.

Thanks,

David, I got the Haloview camera. Model is BT7. It is like 3 yrs old, so there maybe better alternatives out there. It is working well for me so far.

Re: happy new year

Got a good start this year with a 12V DC monitor for the Chinook. Its only 13 inch, but much lighter than the CRT TV the previous owner has.

Re: Need mirror cover for 1998 Chinook RV

If you still looking for it, let me know. I have a pair that I no long needed. Need to make sure they are the right model, but I have a feeling that mine is not the same once since it is meant for older Chinooks.

You would not have the mouse problem if you met your friend earlier. :)

Re: Power to the living quarters shuts off??

Furthermore, you said both batteries are new, and hold full charge, but try to measure the voltage at the LVD input and the battery terminals, and make sure it is also at full voltage there in both places after the power got cut off unexpectedly.

Re: 1997 Premier - add backup camera

I got one that is wireless. With most of our rigs around 21 ft, it is not a concern for most wireless ones. I mounted it above the rear door, and it gets it power from one of the running lights, and I also tap into the DC wires above the door to get it to be on when the DC is on for security purpose.

Re: Concourse Fuse Block

Do you have a wire tracer? Some people use a toner/tracer that transmits a tone, and they use a hand wand to find the wire that emitting the tone. It may be useful for this.

Re: Concourse 4x4 conversion

Theoretically, a stronger Fox shocks is what is best, since you want to keep the smooth ride characteristics on the freeway. However, I would like to know how you implement it and the result. I think I need to replace or re-bent my springs, since they are original, and they do not seem to be looking...
